From 9th to 12th August, the general manager— Lu Guojun of the China International Water & Electric Corp. visited the Republic of Macedonia, during his visit, he had official meeting separately with the deputy ministers of the ministry of foreign affairs and economy of Macedonia and the general manager of the electric power Company of Macedonian accompanied by the Chinese Ambassador—Zhang Wanxue and Economic Counselor—Zhang Tingzhou.
The purpose of his visit is to strengthen the cooperation with the Macedonian partners in the sphere of hydropower.
